Meeting Structure
1st Meeting – Initial Planning
In the first Zoom meeting, we review your goals, swimming background, current level, training availability, race plans if applicable, and main challenges in the water.
This meeting helps define your training direction for the month. After this session, you will have a clearer understanding of what to work on, how to organize your training, and which technical priorities matter most for your improvement.
2nd Meeting – Follow-Up and Adjustments
The second Zoom meeting is used to review how your training is going. We discuss what is working well, what feels difficult, and whether any adjustments are needed.
This meeting helps you stay accountable and makes sure the plan fits your real training schedule, energy levels, and progress during the month.
3rd Meeting – Control Session + Video Analysis
The final Zoom meeting is the control session. Before this meeting, you will upload your swimming video through OnForm.
During the session, we review your video, identify key technical areas to improve, and define your next training priorities. You will receive clear corrections, specific drills, and practical recommendations for your next training block.
Video Upload Through OnForm
After purchasing the plan, you will receive instructions to upload your swimming video through OnForm.
OnForm allows you to send your video so it can be reviewed and used during the final control meeting. This makes the feedback more visual, specific, and easier to understand.
Important: To receive your video analysis during the final meeting, please upload your swimming video at least 48 hours before your 3rd Zoom session.
