The instructor-coach is kind yet demanding, clearly very knowledgeable; the technical quality of the teaching is excellent, and the exercises taught are tailored to each student's level. He supplements with exercises and knows a lot about nutrition, among other things. The facilities are clean and tidy. Water sports are suitable for all ages and do not cause injuries; you don't need a special physical condition to start. The prices are quite reasonable, and after a couple of classes, you notice progress, improved physical condition, and technique.

Along with my daughters, we have felt fully integrated, with a focus on teaching values above all else. Technically, progress has been meteoric, where every aspect is worked on with a long-term perspective, with seriousness and responsibility, free of injuries and with full enjoyment of each training session. The coach has trained in the United States and has competed in his career, which gives him an additional advantage. Now, my youngest daughter will say a few words: I really like going swimming, and I also feel like I've progressed a lot in less than a year. We are very grateful.
